Jill Stanton on How to Get Back Your Full Power + How We Navigated a Major Shift in Our Marriages
How can you be honest when parts of your business and relationships don’t align with your authentic power – and then have the courage to change the status quo? Jill Stanton, serial entrepreneur, founder of The Millionaire Girls Club and Her First Million, and world traveler is back to open up about her journey of reinventing her business and her marriage. She shares how to have the hard conversations with yourself and your partner, how to exercise the muscle of receiving abundance, how to charge without shame, how to get clear on the essence of success and implement that into your every day, and how to harness your inner power.
Your power comes from cultivating your emotional intelligence. You become unshakable.
There’s a lot of power in who you decide to be. Who is that version of you? What decisions does she make? What standards does she hold? What boundaries does she have? What actions does she take? When you believe that you are that woman, it fuels your thoughts, feelings, decisions, and actions. That’s where it starts.
Care about what the people you care about, care about. Serve the heck out of them. You can charge for that. There’s no shame in it.
Don’t worry about being worthy – because you already are. It’s, “tick!” – done. You’re good.
Your willingness and ability to embrace more discomfort is directly correlated to the amount of expansion you will experience. Contrast is the thrill of entrepreneurship. It is the stresses and the successes. You wouldn’t know one without the other.
Have the courage to think, “How good can I get? How peaceful can this be? How easy can it be? How brave can I be? How big can I be?” Show yourself what you’re capable of.
Don’t wait to feel worthy. Don’t wait for the right time. There is no right time. You are the right time.
If you want to go to the next level, then work on your emotional intelligence. It’s not a hack or a strategy or a funnel or a team member. It is your own inner power and harnessing it, owning it, expressing it, and rooting into it in a way that is peaceful, not proving. You don’t have to do anything.
Get clear on the essence of success for you. Infuse it into your every day.
