  4. All your experiences happen so you can help someone else. Don’t make it about you. Just give the gift. Pass it along.
  5. People don’t care about the process. They want the outcome.
  6. It’s about mindset. It’s about what you’re continuing to sign up for. What you’re not changing, you choose again.
  7. Make a habit of showing up every single day. Commit 20 seconds a day to be brave.  Keep showing up and embracing the discomfort.
