If you don’t know who you’re serving through your business, then you don’t have a business. People need to know that your offer is for them.
Think of your ideal client as a protagonist in a novel. Design an entire life around them.
Leave a compliment and a question.
Make your customer the hero of your brand. Take them through a transformation.
Start with a hook, weave them into your story, and have a strong call to action at the end.
The most important way to provide value is by making someone feel less alone.
Drop the formalities. Just write to your audience like you’re writing to a friend.
When you define success, go back to the beginning. Ask yourself, “What life do I want to have? What feeling do I want to experience every day?”
Don’t make it a non-negotiable to do your work. Make it a non-negotiable to be present for yourself.
